Homemade Ginger Tea

Hi guys! As you know I was sick last week and this is what helped me the most! Home-made ginger tea..it’s pretty strong but works perfectly.gingertea1

Here’s what you need: Ginger, Lemon, and Honey

 What I do is, that I peel the ginger and than I grated it as you see on the picture above.

In the end I put water in the mug wait for 15 minutes, add lemon and honey. That’s it!

    Personally I don’t add lemon because ginger has so much Vitamin C that it is more than body can use..but honey is a must =)
