Hi guys! As you know I was sick last week and this is what helped me the most! Home-made ginger tea..it’s pretty strong but works perfectly.
Here’s what you need: Ginger, Lemon, and Honey
What I do is, that I peel the ginger and than I grated it as you see on the picture above.
In the end I put water in the mug wait for 15 minutes, add lemon and honey. That’s it!0
